Rubber Joints in Which Situation Easily Goes Wrong

Rubber joint easily goes wrong is in the match flange with rubber joints.for example,in the installation process,flange is opposite the supporting flange,so,it is easy to cause problems,the reason is,the flange sealing surface and rubber joint surface sealed not very good,that is to say:the flange diameter greater than the diameter of the rubber joints,so that the sealing surface is not consistent,resulting in the Torah phenomenon.

So in order not to cause this problem.Should do like this:
1,in the installation,the rubber joints is strictly forbidden to exceed the limit of installation
2,flat ground,hanging,vertical installation of rubber joint,rubber joint actual work of axial displacement pressure should be less than the force of pipe support,or should install the anti pull off device to prevent compression pull off.
3,the pipe must have a fixed or fixed bracket,the fixed bracket of the force must be greater than the axial force.Vertical installation and overhead installation ends of product required installation corresponding fixed bracket and support,to prevent pull off work after compression.
4,install bolts should be symmetric and gradually tightened,in order to prevent partial leakage.
5,when installation should be far from the heat source,it is forbidden to use the media that does not meet the requirements of this product.
