Applicable Temperature of Different Rubber Material
A variety of rubber materials are used in rubber expansion joint producing, and various rubber materials are of different features and functions. The applicated temperature is also different from each other.
Almost all kinds of rubber can comply to temperature bellow 70℃。
70~100℃：natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber
100~130℃：chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber
130~150℃：Isobutylene Isoprene Rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber
150~180℃：acrylate rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber
180~200℃：vinylsiloxane rubber, fluorine rubber
200~250℃：dimethyl silicone rubber, fluorine rubber
> 250℃：full fluorine rubber, fluorine rubber, boron silicon rubber
