Features of EPDM of Double Sphere Rubber Joint
EPDM double sphere rubber joint made of ethylene and Propylene Copolymerization with the backbone not containing double bond. Therefore, it’s of great heat resistance, aging resistance, resilience, insulation performance, stability, ozone resistance and low temperature resistance, but it cannot be vulcanized by sulfur. To solve this problem, in the main chain is added into a small amount of the third ingredients with double bonds, and it’s then named EPDM. It’s excellent in polar solvents resistance such as alcohols, ketone, ethylene glycol and phosphate ester hydraulic oil.
Temperature range: -55 to 125 C, the organic peroxide can be high to 150.

Silicone oil and silicone ester

Not suitable medium:
Mineral oil, fuel
